Initial consultation - Our process starts with an initial consultation. This is where you share your vision with us and any details you hope to see in your newly developed basement.

Estimate – we determine an initial estimate for the services requested including allowances on materials

Scheduling – once you accept the estimate, we book your project in, apply for the necessary permits and let you know what you can expect throughout the project, how long it will take and any other details we need

Work commences – once the permits have been received, we begin the work. We provide you with an overview of the project schedule and give you weekly updates on the progress.

Completion – once the project has been completed, we will conduct a thorough walkthrough with you to ensure everything is up to your satisfaction
